By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Nature

Our products are digital and personalised. Each Mandala is created specifically for the customer based on the order, selected option, and details provided.

The Mandala is intended for personal reflection, emotional grounding, intention-setting, aesthetic enjoyment, and symbolic use. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Hidden Signal Mandala is offered as personalised symbolic artwork and a reflective ritual tool. Individual experiences vary, and no specific romantic, emotional, financial, spiritual, medical, or life outcome is represented as certain.

5. Ordering and Customer Details

To create your Mandala, we may ask for details such as your name or nickname, birth month/year, optional birth date, optional birth place, and intention or focus. You are responsible for providing accurate information.

If your information is incomplete, unclear, or delayed, your delivery may also be delayed.

6. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally by email. Our usual delivery time is 3–4 days after payment confirmation and after we receive the details needed to create your Mandala.

No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.

7. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed on the website at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or payment-provider charges that may apply in your country.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Digital Products

Because each Hidden Signal Mandala is personalised and created specifically for the customer, refunds may be limited once work has begun.

If you contact us before work begins, we may be able to cancel or refund the order. If the file has a delivery issue, file access issue, or technical quality issue, we will correct it or resend it.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

For EU/UK customers, you may have statutory cancellation rights. However, because our products are personalised digital content and work may begin shortly after purchase, your cancellation rights may be limited once you request that we begin creating the product or once the digital file is supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

Your purchased Mandala is for your personal use. You may use it as a phone wallpaper, desktop wallpaper, personal print, journaling aid, or private ritual object.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, commercially exploit, modify for resale, claim authorship of, mint as an NFT, or use the Mandala as part of another commercial product without written permission from Soultria.

Soultria retains ownership of the underlying design style, brand elements, templates, methods, website content, and intellectual property.

10. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, prices, delivery estimates, or other content will always be error-free.

If we discover an error in an order, price, product description, or delivery information, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel/refund the affected order where appropriate.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use customer details only as needed to process orders, create the Mandala, deliver the product, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and operate the website.
