Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Soultria currently sells personalised digital products only. We do not currently ship physical items.
Digital Delivery
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your Hidden Signal Mandala will be created by our studio and delivered to the email address used at checkout.
Our usual delivery time is:
3–4 days after we receive your order and the details needed to create your Mandala.
If we need extra information from you, the delivery timeline may begin after we receive those details.
Order Confirmation
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. This confirms that your order has been received. It does not mean that your personalised Mandala file is ready immediately.
What You Will Receive
Depending on the product purchased, you may receive:

a high-resolution digital mandala file;

a digital ritual or reflection guide;

related digital instructions or support material.
Files may be sent as PNG, JPG, PDF, or another suitable digital format.
No Physical Shipping
Because our current products are digital:

there are no physical shipping fees;

there are no postal tracking numbers;

there are no customs duties for digital delivery;

no physical parcel will be sent.
If we offer physical keepsakes, printed products, jewellery, mugs, clothing, or other physical items in the future, those items will have separate shipping terms.
Email Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your file within the expected delivery period, please:

check your spam, promotions, and junk folders;

confirm that the email address used at checkout was correct;

contact us at care@soultria.com with your order number.
If there is a file access issue, corrupted file, incorrect download link, or delivery error, we will correct it or resend the file.
Delays
We make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. If a delay occurs because we need additional information, technical correction, payment verification, or unusual order volume, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Incorrect Customer Information
Please ensure your email address and order details are accurate. Soultria is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, but we will help correct delivery where reasonably possible.
