Soultria - Hidden Signal Mandala ("Soultria," "we," "us," or "our") operates soultria.com from India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you browse our store, place an order, receive a personalized Hidden Signal Mandala, contact us, or interact with a creator or affiliate link.

Information we collect

• Contact and order information: your name, email address, billing details, order number, purchased option, and communications with us.
• Personalization information: details you choose to provide for the artwork, which may include a name or nickname, birth date, birth time, birth place, and an intention or focus.
• Payment and transaction information: payment status, transaction identifiers, currency, and related order records. Payments are processed through Shopify and payment providers such as PayPal and Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Device and activity information: IP address, browser and device type, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, interactions with the store, approximate location derived from an IP address, and referral information.
• Creator and affiliate attribution: the referring link, creator code, discount code, and order attribution needed to measure a collaboration and calculate commission.
• Support information: anything you include in an email, request, review, complaint, or other message to us.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the website and cookies, and from service providers that help operate the store. We may also receive limited referral information from approved creators, affiliates, advertising partners, or social platforms when you visit through their link.

Why we use your information

• To communicate about missing details, delivery, support, corrections, cancellations, or refunds.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the store, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information you submit to the store is transmitted to and processed by Shopify so that Shopify can provide checkout, hosting, security, analytics, customer privacy, and related ecommerce services.

Shopify also offers enhanced services through Shopify Network Intelligence. When this setting is enabled for our store, Shopify may use information about your interactions with Soultria, other participating merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced security, analytics, marketing measurement, personalization, and advertising services. For some of this processing, Shopify may act as an independent controller and is responsible for responding to rights requests about its own use of the information.

Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

Necessary cookies help the store, checkout, security, and privacy controls work. Analytics, personalization, referral, and marketing cookies or pixels may also be used. Where Shopify displays a cookie banner, you can accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. You can also use your browser controls, although blocking necessary cookies may affect store or checkout functions.

Data sharing and targeted advertising choices

We do not rent customer lists. However, some disclosures for personalized advertising, measurement, or Shopify Network Intelligence may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for the information.

Where required, Shopify can display a Data Sharing Opt-Out or "Your Privacy Choices" page in our store. You can use that page when it is available in your region, use a supported Global Privacy Control signal, visit the Shopify Privacy Portal, or email us at care@soultria.com. We will honor applicable requests after any verification permitted by law.

When we disclose information

We disclose only the information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose to:

• Shopify and providers that support hosting, checkout, security, analytics, email delivery, digital delivery, customer support, and affiliate attribution.
• Payment providers such as PayPal and Razorpay.
• Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or authorities where reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.
• A buyer or successor if the business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, subject to appropriate protections.

Approved creators can see their own referral and commission information through the collaboration platform, but they do not receive the personalization details used to create your Mandala unless you choose to share those details directly with them.

International processing

Soultria operates from India, and our service providers may process information in India, the United States, Canada, Europe, or other countries. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy protections and government access rules can differ between countries.

How long we keep information

We keep order, payment, tax, support, and delivery records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Personalization details and delivered artwork are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for creation, quality checks, re-delivery, and support, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to retain them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need the information for an authorized purpose. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email or through personalization fields.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising or data sharing; and complain to a privacy authority. These rights can be subject to exceptions. To make a request, email care@soultria.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and protect your account.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send non-promotional messages about an order or a rights request.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 16 without appropriate authorization. Purchases must be made by an adult or with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Third-party links
